UX/UI Designer at Programmingo
Feb 2022 - Now
I led the full design process and contributed to the launch of an ERP platform and a website redesign.
ERP System design for Language Bear
Designed key features including messaging between clients, project managers and linguists; onboarding processes; task and project management; security measure flows, and a rating system. Developed functionalities for file handling, profiles, billing and invoicing systems, responsiveness, and ordering flow.

My UI work was focused on the design language, combining colour palette, typography, components, imagery, spacing, and gridlines into a cohesive component system.
I was deeply invested in the UX Phase, researching the Target Audience, Competitors, doing Qualitative Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, and refining the User Flow and Information Architecture.
This lead to better CTA redirection and SEO improvements alongside with a more modern look.
